No prior penile filler experience is required for Tier 1. The online training course covers Dr. Gabal's proprietary P-THICK™ protocol from the ground up. Providers with existing penile filler experience may be eligible for our challenge exam pathway, which allows you to demonstrate clinical competency and bypass portions of the standard coursework. Tier 1 certification can typically be completed within 1–2 weeks of applying. Tier 2 and Tier 3 include an in-person training day scheduled after the online course is complete — most providers are fully certified within 3–4 weeks. Applications are reviewed within 2 business days.

Yes. Providers can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. You will only need to complete the additional requirements for the new tier — no need to repeat training already completed. Many providers start with Tier 1 and upgrade as their practice grows.

Your annual membership includes: licensed use of the P-THICK™ trademark in your marketing, an active verified listing in the P-THICK™ national provider directory, access to updated clinical protocols and technique resources, CE credit hours, and co-branded patient education materials. Membership must remain active to use the P-THICK™ name and stay listed in the directory.

If your annual membership is not renewed, your P-THICK™ directory listing will be deactivated and your license to use the P-THICK™ trademark will expire. You will no longer be permitted to market yourself as a P-THICK™ certified provider. Memberships can be renewed at any time — there is no penalty for lapsing, and your certification history is retained.

Yes. Maintaining P-THICK™ certification includes completing annual CE credit requirements. CE content covers protocol updates, safety practices, patient selection, and new developments in HA filler technology. CE credits are included with your annual membership fee and can be completed online at your convenience.
